International Relations 03 - Seasonal Special!

It's been a while since I did one of these, so I thought it would be fun to do a seasonal version. So no visiting the random pairing generator today, our pairing is going to be (Santa) Finland and Britannia Angel (on top of the Christmas tree). Not a pairing I would usually ever consider, but that's what these genetic experiments are for, right?
