randomsushiWhile setting up my Russia challenge, I realised I needed more nations. And I figured I'd share. Because there can never be too many nations to download. There are eight altogether, enough to fill a house. Oh, and they're for Sims 2.
And you can find all this lot under the cut.
Oh dear, I am a custom creator's worst nightmare. I forget to credit, I include meshes without links, I steal pay content and I frankenmesh and forget which bits I used. Anyway, all content needed is included, yes, even accessory meshes, but I'll still try my best to credit the right people here.
These have all been tested in AnyGame and apart from Greece, who requires University, they should all be basegame compatible. Click the preview pics to download. Files are in Sims2Pack format, except Canada and Turkey, who are in RAR format because they need accessory meshes. Which Bodyshop won't package for some reason. Just extract, move the extra mesh to your Downloads folder and install the Sims2Pack using Clean Installer. Please let me know if you have any problems and I'll do my best to help.

I think I got the clothing mesh from somewhere on MTS, but I can't find it now. (Found it, it's here.)It should be included though, so no worries. Recolour is by me. His emo hair is from CoolSims. Interestingly enough, I made his face by creating China and England in CAS, turning England into a girl and combining their genetics. Yup, Hong Kong is England and China's child.
Next is Turkey.

I'm ridiculously proud of him. Although I'm not happy with his fez. I wanted a fez as an accessory, but the only fez ANYWHERE is this one here, attached to hair on MTS. I may have to detach it myself. His mask is a costume makeup recolour, and his outfit mesh is by Helaene.... I think. I mean, the package file says MESH-am100904. It could be from anywhere. (ETA: It's not from 'anywhere', it's from Helana, here.) His scarf is by Peach-T and available here.
Next is Greece.

He's wearing a jacket, t-shirt and trousers by fanseelamb over on MTS. He will require University, I'm afraid. And I did look for a hat, but I haven't found one yet.

I know her dress is very short. That's because it's really a long top that I grabbed from Garden Of Shadows and now can't find again. But it was the only thing I could find with capped sleeves that wasn't a floor-length Elizabethan gown. The separate bottoms are by rosehage and available here. Her hair is by Peggy.Total makeover! New dress by me, new bows by me, although I suppose I should give Peggy the credit for their actual shape, and hair by XMS. Oh, and you can grab a zip of all her individual files here.

It's Zero's America face with Peggy hair and random eyes, and his outfit is a plain red hoody and jeans made by Amaryll over on GOS. For some reason, LJ won't let me link there. Sorry, Amaryll. :( His glasses are by HystericalParoxysm over at MTS.
And I think that's all for now! I'm not sharing Taiwan just yet, not until I find an outfit I don't hate to bits. It seems like everything with a mandarin neck has no sleeves, and everything with sleeves has no neck. I think I'm going to have to suck it up and frankenmesh something together. If I do, I'll make a fez that isn't welded to hair. But that'll have to wait as I just don't have time right now. I'm also holding onto Japan for now because his outfit is a Bon Voyage kimono and I'd like him to be wearing something everyone can use.

ETA: So, despite the lack of updated preview pics, Seychelles has been updated as of 04/10/11. Redownload the files now! :D
ETA: Because Bodyshop does not allow for up-the-skirt shots, I didn't discover the blue band around Seychelles thighs until she relaxed on a bed. It annoyed me enough to fix it, so if it bothers you as much as it bothered me, download her full files, or just the dresses, and let the new ones overwrite the old ones. Old, bandy dress is now gone.

Date: 2011-05-29 09:23 am (UTC)Apparently, any Sims2Pack I download wont install and I can't really get CPI (I'll need to have a new computer first) so, I had to make everything (and backtrack a couple of clothes and hair) from the scratch. I tried asking Zero to upload some separate clothes (or even upload the hair to which some sites are down [e.g. SAU]) but, I haven't heard from Zero yet.
If you can(Not to be mean or anything), can you try to upload some separate clothes and hair? Or at least any PACKAGE file seems to work with my game.

Also, just a tip for helping create Taiwan's dress, I think I remember seeing a top with long sleeves and a turtle-neck-ish design. I don't know if I can find it though. Maybe you can just combine the top and a skirt for a dress? *is failing horribly at helping*
