Hi everyone! Welcome to the prologue of It's A Small World, a 'You Suck At Parenting' challenge. Our lucky nation is France.
Meet France.
France: Call me!
He's a romance sim with a lifetime want to have 20 simultaneous lovers. How very in-character, thank you game. So, to get started with that, France has invited over seven nations he'd quite like to have sex with.
First is England. Because we all know France wants in England's pants.
England: I'm only here for the beers.
Next is America. Because the only thing more fun than trying to woo England is annoying him. And nothing annoys him more than
America: Giant TV and a stack of burgers. This is the best party ever!
Of course, having America over reminds France of that other guy. You know, that guy.
Whatshisface, That Guy Who Looks Like America: Oh I do like to be beside the seaside... oh I do like to be beside the sea, tra la la...
But it's not just the guys France likes, there's plenty of love for the ladies too. Ladies like Seychelles.
Seychelles: You're not actually going to make me have sex with that man, are you?
No, not today.
Seychelles: OK, just checking. Can't blame me after the last update of yours I appeared in.
And ladies like Belgium.
Belgium: Oh look, I just won France's house. My territory now.
Liar. You're playing on your own.
That's three guys and two girls. How about another young lady, just to even things out a bit?
France: I know just the girl.
Liechtenstein: Who, me?
France: :D
Oh! Hi, Switzerland, what are you doing here?
Switzerland: Like I'm going to leave Liechtenstein alone with that creep. One wrong move and I will castrate him.
Ouch.
Switzerland: With my gun.
So. What's the plan then, France?
France: I was thinking I might spike everyone's drinks with a bunch of Love Potion 8.5 I brought from the matchmaker.
What?!
France: But then I decided not to.
Because it's wrong?
France: Because that would be expensive. So I snuck into England's house and stole some of his magical potions. What's the worst that could happen?
Well, we all know what this challenge is about, but for the sake of plot, I'll play along. Everyone could die.
France: Pft, like that's fatal in this game.
Good point. Ok, well, go for it. I'm not stopping you.
Canada: I feel all tingly!
Canada: Bwah?
France: Eeep!
Liechtenstein: Help!
Switzerland: I WILL END YOU, FRANCE, AND ALL YOU LOVE!
France: Hah, no you won't!
Aww, she's adoribble!
Switzerland: Dammit, I can't handle a gun like this.
But you are the perfect height for headbutting his groin.
America: Do my sparkles come with cool vampire powers?
America, I hate to break it to you, but sparkly vampires themselves do not have cool vampire powers.
America: Am I going to have to fight for independence again?
Seychelles: Argh!
Oh dear, her face is kind of angular. :/ Still, I know it'll improve.
England: Nooo, I don't wanna do childhood again! All of Europe tried to beat me up!
And no wonder. Toddler England is HORRIFYING! D:
A slightly less scary shot. Our souls are safe so long as he doesn't smile. Which, let's face it, probably won't be a problem.
Belgium: OK, I take it back, you can keep your house!
Aww, she's so precious!
France: Oh sweet Jesus, what have I done?!
What exactly did that magic potion say on it?
France: "No matter how tempted, do not use on America." Of course I assumed it was some sort of love potion! Now what do I do?
Why, raise them all to be *snort* responsible, *giggle* well-adjusted *cackle* adults, of course!
France: But-
And maybe stick to flowers and smooth talk in future.
France: D: D:D:
Now that's all set up, next time we'll be back to the usual less plotty commentary style of update. But first, let's have a quick house tour!
The house! It's a beach lot, with a small playground for the children and a car for
The attic is France's pervy penthouse. Girly pictures on the wall and a reminder from Doctor House that it's not Lupus. Apart from that one time when it was.
On the next floor are nurseries. Lots of cots because I'm ambitious, lots of potties so that France doesn't have to waste time emptying them before moving on.
Ground floor. I like toilet stalls for large households. Great big sectional sofa for the great big TV, and a few skilling objects. Raised kitchen to one side. Oh, and a pet bed. Because despite all those cots, I know they're not all going to make it to one.
Possibly a bit too raised. The fridge is higher than the ceiling. Happily in sim world, this does not mean a return trip to the store to buy a smaller one.
Nice, big island for dinner. Although I did end up having to sell the two chairs in the centre because although sims could sit and eat, they couldn't reach the plates to clean up afterwards.
And of course, a stonking great basement 'o fun. Hopefully they'll enjoy it as much as the last one. What am I saying? It has a photobooth. They're never going to leave it, are they?
