Hi everyone! It's time for another update of It's A Small World, a 'you suck at parenting' challenge! Last time France threw a party to end all parties. Or more accurately, a party to end all relationships. Dabbling in witchcraft and then using his magic powers to attack all his ex's probably didn't help matters. Also, Liechtenstein and Canada had a baby boy names Liechtenda, America boned Switzerchelles in the photobooth and finally, America, England, Switzerland and Canada all graduated, woo!

We start with some birthday pop-ups.

And then, after days upon days of trying to get people to join him for chess and karaoke, I suddenly realise that I can use France's Knowledge secondary Freetime bonus to pass on skills. Damn, I wish I'd known that sooner!

With only three nations to care for now, I figured France could have a go at teaching Liechtenda some toddler skills, but he's a whiny little brat and fights his way off the potty.

He also hates his hair chair and screams like he's being attacked with bees whenever France puts him in it.

Cow Mascot: Hey sexy, want some milk?
France: Help, help, get it off me!

Oh what a surprise, Liechtenda grows up terribly.

Childhood doesn't get much better.

There are still a few nations out there that don't hate France's guts, so I invite Netherlands over some some loving.
Coach: You there, do some damn exerciooooh sweet Jesus put some clothes on first!
France: I don't need clothes for MY kind of exercise.

Netherlands: Actually, I think I'd prefer it if you put some clothes on too.

Meanwhile, Seyland and Bern grew up. I took control of Seyland quickly to see if I could get him to move out before he grew up again, because in future, I do want children born in college to get some time spent as teenagers.

While I was doing that, France was doing this.
Netherlands: You're right, it IS better with the clothes off.

Belgium: I've suddenly decided I'm not OK with an open relationship.

Then my dorm started being all sorts of weird. Sims would claim to be at class, but I'd spot them wandering around the dorm. Switzerchelles left for her final exam but never made it. So I followed Bern to class and found this:

Some idiot dormie had gone and died right on the exit portal, preventing everyone from leaving.

Remember when I said my game couldn't get any creepier? I was wrong.

Belgium: Hi Bern, how are you? You elder twin brother is making out with France right now, but do you want to come in and wait for him?
Bern: Er, no, that's OK, I'll keep right on walking.

Then lighting strikes, distracting them both.

Belgium: Oh dear, I hope he'll be OK here out in the rain.

For the last few hours, I made France meditate while naked.

Liechtenda grew up. He's a cutie-pie!

The college shows the same leniency towards him that they did for Switzerchelles.

And then Liechtenstein graduated and the game auto-booted Belgium and France out of college.

France: How do I look?
Swap that plumbbob for a rose and you'd look like a member of the England football team.
France: Urgh! Quick, makeover!
What for? You'd LIKE being a member of the England football team! I hear they have even more sex than you usually do.

And just before they leave, that dead dormie shows up.

I didn't realise how close I was to the end, or I would've carried on and finished it all in the last update. Oh well. I made Liechtenstein leave college at the same time as France and Belgium because I didn't fancy playing one single uncontrollable sim for another three days. So, back to the main hood, where I'll count up all the various stats.
+200 for each toddler that completes the toddler skills. Well that one's a big, fat zero. France didn't even manage to teach any toddler skills to Liechtenda, when he was the sole single toddler on the lot.
-500 any time a toddler or child is taken away by social services. At least this one was a zero too.
+100 if you manage to get them back. And this.
+50 each time a life stage is done well. All seven of the nations grew from child to teen well, so that's 350 points. I don't think they got a growing up memory for going to college.
-50 for an unhappy life stage. All seven of the nations grew up from toddler to child in a completely shit mood, so that's -350 points, which takes us right back to zero. I AM SO GOOD AT THIS CHALLENGE!
+200 if you manage to get your colonies into private school. Managed this, so 200.
-200 if they fail school. Just managed to avoid this, although Belgium did try really hard to flunk.
-500 if they reach teenhood and either run away or die. Well damn. Although she did get better, Liechtenstein did go and die back in Part 8, and again in Part 16, so that's -1000, giving me a score of -700. Thanks a bunch, Liechtenstein.
+150 if they reach teenhood and get a job. They all got jobs! America, Belgium and Seychelles lost jobs though, so I won't count them, which means +300, giving a score of -400. I'm not counting that time England lost his job when he was a toddler because the rules clearly say he had to reach his teens first.
+50 for a successful sneak out. No sneak-outs. They didn't make enough teen friends for that.
+50 each skill point earned. I should've clarified that I meant skills the growing nations earned, not your main conrollable. Still, here's the skills stats for those seven:
Switzerland: 29
America: 30
Canada: 29
Belgium: 27
Seychelles: 30
Liechtenstein: 30
England: 34
Pretty even across the board. England had more because of his cleaning frenzies, but nobody managed to max any out. I'm going to alter the scoring to 1 point per skill point, with a bonus 10 for any skill maxed out, which means I scored 209, bring my total to -191.
-50 each time you use the nanny. No nannies, +0.
+150 if despite all this, you manage to forge a successful romance. I managed that one! Twenty-one, in fact. True, about ten of them imploded dramatically, but I still did it! It only counts once though, so +150, giving me -41.
+300 if that romance is with a Hetalia sim. Many of them were, so +300, giving me an overall score of, drumroll please, 259!
Oh, and as a bonus, here's England and Switzerland's Fight Club tally:
England: Won 5
Switzerland: Won 40
AND FINALLY. Do you want some more international offspring? Of course you do! So here. RAR file is a sims2pack and ZIP file is all the unpacked files that make a sim.

Hope you all enjoyed the challenge! Next, I think I'm going to do a nice little random pairing challenge, because I haven't done one of those since Christmas, and then, I'll be resetting the hood in order to do a legacy, which I'm very much looking forward to. :D

I need to finish Iceland and Norway, who I started back at Christmas and never finished, and I need a Sealand, and I want to do a Scotland, and I downloaded some band-aids across the nose especially to do an Australia and I also want to finish Monaco's dress... and I'm ALSO going to do a legacy. Starting with Greece, I think.
