Originally written for drabble tag. Zoe is suspicious when the Doctor and Jamie keep sneaking off together.

"Ah HA!"

Jamie and the Doctor jumped apart as the door flew open, framing a triumphant Zoe. "I KNEW something was going on between you two," she said happily. "There was just something not right about the way the two of you kept disappearing together."

Jamie scowled. "Why did we let her come with us again, Doctor?"

"Because I'm clever," Zoe said proudly.

"Too clever for your own good sometimes," the Doctor remarked mildly. "Couldn't you have found another way of confronting us? Poor Jamie nearly bit my tongue off just then."

"Oh dear," Zoe said, suddenly apologetic. "I've completely spoiled the mood, haven't I?"

"Aye, that you have," Jamie pouted.

Zoe lowered her head in mock shame, but shot them a playful look through her eyelashes. "I'm so very sorry. Perhaps you should both punish me?"

And they did.
